Jewish Immigration to the US: Fall Learning Series with Holocaust Museum LA Part 2

Part 2 of our Jewish Americans Roots and Resilience series with the LA Holocaust Museum, “Jewish Immigration” will discuss the story of the Jewish journey to the United States, focusing specifically on 1880-1924. The workshop and curricular materials explore the push and pull factors that brought Jewish immigrants to America, examine the challenges of assimilation, and grapple with the repercussions of the 1924 Immigration Act. Teachers of US History, Government, Human Geography, and Ethnic Studies will find the resources particularly useful.
